Introducing Maryland International: Luxury Living in Downtown Dubai

COOOP is proud to introduce Maryland International, a prestigious 25-storey residential skyscraper currently under development in Downtown Dubai. Our MEP design development, including securing authorities' approvals, ensures the seamless construction of this high-rise luxury hotel tower, comprising 4 basement levels, a ground floor, and 25 floors of residential units.

Designed to epitomize modern luxury living, TAT Residence offers a blend of sophistication and convenience in one of Dubai's most coveted neighbourhoods. Developed by Queen Star General Trading and TAT Development, and with architectural consultation by National Engineering Bureau, this project promises to redefine urban living in the heart of the city.

The substructure, featuring four basement levels dedicated to parking, underscores the commitment to efficient space utilization. With construction commenced in 2015, Maryland International represents a milestone in architectural innovation and urban development in Dubai. As the main contractor, United Engineering Construction Co, alongside TMF Euro Foundations for foundation work, ensure the project's timely completion and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Located strategically in Downtown Dubai, TAT Residence offers residents unparalleled convenience, with key landmarks such as Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Al Arab just minutes away by car.
